NORTHSHORE WARRANTY

We are committed to providing good, honest value with all our products and services. We warrant our cabinetry to be free from material and/or workmanship defects for a period of Five(5) years from the date of purchase.

We also warrant our drawer box (metabox) and hinges to be free from defects in material and/or workmanship under normal residential usage to the original purchases for the lifetime of the product. We also limit our warranty not to cover cracks or defects in our products due to improper humidity levels or prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, standing water or moisture.

This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of any part or parts that may prove defective under normal residential usage as determined by our examination. This warranty shall not apply to our cabinetry that have been subjected to alteration, misuse, negligence, improper installation, storage and handling.

This is a parts warranty only and excludes labour for removal or replacement of defective parts. Contact your Northshore sales representative if you need assistance. We would be happy to address any problem you may have.

Retain Proof of Purchase and this warranty.
